What’s all in the construction process? How does that work?
First, our staff will work with you to finalize the design, add-on options, decking and other details. Once all details are finalized, we will begin by grading the site and forming it into the necessary shape. We’ll then proceed with pre-plumbing and electrical, wall construction, decking, landscaping and accessories. Although the construction process may be unsightly, the final process will be the envy of your neighborhood.

Can you help me design my pool?
Certainly! Our staff will help you select the right size, shape and overall layout of the best pool for the area you have to work with and find the best type pool for your backyard. We understand that each home is different, and each homeowner’s tastes and styles are different. We will help you with all the details, including any add-on options, such as waterfalls and landscaping, that you may want to include.
Will you support and help maintain my pool?
We pride ourselves on building relationships, not just pools. Just because we’ve completed your pool does not mean that our service ends. We will be with you to help service and maintain your pool long after it’s finished. The level of involvement we have in maintaining your pool is up to you. We have set up a maintenance schedule to keep your pool in peak condition throughout the year.
Y’all didn’t build my pool. Can you still help me renovate it?
Yes! Our expert pool designers and builders can help provide everything from upgrades such as spillways and led lighting, to renovations such as resurfacing, lay new tile, and repairs. Our maintenance plans can help get your pool back in shape and assist in keeping it that way.
What kind of maintenance and repair services do you provide?
Backed by a complete parts department, Blankenstein’s can detect and repair leaks, repair broken pumps, provide cleanup services, resurface pools and repair broken or loose tiles, water testing, and more.
How can I be assured you’re using quality parts and equipment when building my pool?
We use only the best parts and equipment available in the industry. When speaking with our staff, you can learn more specifically about the brands that we sell. Our primary supplier, SCP Pool Corporation, is our source for many of the name brands you are probably familiar with.
How can I be assured that your company is a reputable, quality pool builder?
First of all, check our list of references. There is no better way to become comfortable with our quality standards and customer service than to speak directly with our existing customers. You can also check with other local professional organizations to research our reputation and workmanship.
Secondly, our current owner, Don Blankenstein, is certified with the Association of Pool & Spa Professionals (APSP) as a Certified Building Professional, Certified Service Technician, and a Certified Maintenance Specialist. He is also a Certified Pool Operator by the National Swimming Pool Foundation (NSPF). He ensures that the Blankenstein’s crew is well trained and the right choice to handle your swimming pool investment.
